All orders are processed within 1-2 business days unless indicated otherwise within the product description. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Canada and the United States

To keep shipping costs as low as possible and provide you with the best possible service here are some tips when checking out online:
- Make sure your shipping address is correct.
- Include an accurate phone number when placing an order online. If anything happens with your shipment, we will need the best way to get in touch with you. Carriers often call ahead to verify that someone will be at your business to accept the delivery. If the carrier is unable to reach you, they may not be able to deliver your items.
We will ship your order as items become available, so there are times when you will receive multiple shipments. But we will not charge you more fees.
Shipping partners- USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL and Amazon Logistics. Normally, we will ship the product the customer ordered from the nearest warehouse.

Please check the package when it arrives. Please Do NOT sign for any damaged package. It is your responsibility to sign the delivery in person and inspect the package before you sign anything. If you notice the package is broken, please ask the delivery man to file the shipping damage claim immediately. Also please give us your shipping damage case number, we will help you to get the compensation from the shipping company as soon as possible.
There are rare occasions when our freight carriers may lose a shipment. In these situations, it’s our highest priority to find your items and we will work with the carrier to do so. Dock checks with the carrier take approximately 2-7 business days to complete. If your shipment is found, we will continue the delivery to your location. If it is deemed lost, we will work with you to provide a satisfactory resolution.
Our warehouses strive to have orders processed and ready to ship within 1-2 business days. Due to force majeure, the shipping time may be longer than normal. Our warehouses observe the following holidays: Christmas, New Year, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and Thanksgiving. Shipping companies may observe additional holidays.
