You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

I installed one in a portable battery box for field use with my radio equipment. It is excellent for keeping my phone and other electronic devices charged.
I am unsure of the issue, but two units stopped working within three months. I just ordered three more and will provide an update if they also fail.
I used this to replace a 12V outlet in a 2025 truck. It required slight modification of the opening with a grinder for a perfect fit, but this was minimal. The wiring was straightforward for anyone who can crimp or solder wires. The backlight looks attractive without being overly bright. The button to turn it off is useful. The cover fits well, but it's probably best to remove it anyway.
I built a power bank using my 18V tool batteries as the source. These USB outlets are rated for 24V, so they work perfectly with the tool batteries. They charge our iPhones without any issues. Good chargers, recommended.
This was my second time ordering this product. Both orders included at least one hose that leaked during its first use. The second order had a pinhole leak midway down the hose. This is disappointing because the design itself is a great idea.
