You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

1.Before first use, cut the cartridge nozzle and puncture the foil seal. Use the included puncture tool if necessary.
2.Always insert the cartridge correctly into the barrel, aligning it with the plunger rod to avoid misfiring or damage.
3.Start at the lowest speed setting to get a feel for the flow rate before increasing to higher speeds.
4.If the tool fails to push the material, check if the cartridge is clogged or expired. Remove and inspect before retrying.

The caulk gun takes a moment to start pushing caulk out initially but is very steady afterward. Since you can't feel the resistance, it's hard to tell when you need to puncture an internal seal in the tube. When you release the button, the piston retracts slightly, preventing drips when you set it downa feature I really like. It's much better than a manual gun in this regard and far easier for large jobs.
I had a big caulking projectsealing driveway seamsand this batterypowered caulk gun made the job so much easier. A great product for the money.
Both my neighbor and I agreed this cordless caulking gun was worth every penny and more.We had previously used a manual gun for hours with little progress. This was a lifesaver, especially with concrete sealant. The included tools were very helpful. The only minor downside is that it isn't completely dripless. I wanted to give it 4.5 stars, but since that's not an option, I gave it five, as four stars wouldn't be fair.
I recently moved and needed to caulk around windows in my new house, but my tools were still packed. I bought this, but unfortunately, I still haven't used it because it lacks a wire to puncture the caulk tube seal. It's a simple thing, and I don't know why they omitted it. I tested it without caulk and believe it will work fine, but now I have to wait until I unpack my manual caulk gun to puncture the tubes. Even in the future, if this works great, I will still need to keep my manual one for the puncture tool. This was a major oversight.
I really like this tool. I recommend installing lithium rechargeable AA batteries for the best experience. You will be happy
