You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

The plastic clasps on the case were broken, but we didn't have time to return it. It still seems durable and is a good size.
Excellent performance at a great price. It feels sturdy and has great torque.
Was waiting for the charger light to turn green. Received the product with three out of four charging lights showing. Plugged it in for over an hour, still a red light showing. The battery showed full, so I went and pulled off a mower blade. I needed a sixteen millimeter socket, but it doesn't come with one. I used a non impact sixteen millimeter from my tool kit, and it took the bolt right off. Worked perfectly. Came back inside, and the battery is on the charger. Will see what happens. Don't want to overcharge. P.S. The picture shows a slide in charger. Mine came with a plug in wall charger for the battery.
Very good torque wrench.
All I have to say is that it outperformed my bossis more expensive brand impact wrench when removing lug nuts. His wrench couldn't even get one bolt off when both were fully charged. This impact wrench made the characteristic sound when it briefly gets stuck, then knocked them loose at medium speed. Not only that, it was cheaper. My boss paid significantly more for his, while I paid much less for this, and it did a far better job.
