You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We bought this for our Rockwood 2513S travel trailer. The fit and craftsmanship were ideal. The fabric seems thick and strong. The strap connections look sturdy and are sewn with a wide attachment area for longevity. I measured the length, accounting for the rear ladder and front cab protrusion, and the fit was exact. There was also sufficient material to cover the propane tanks. The elasticated areas at the front and back helped to take up slack nicely. The straps function very well. Small details, like pockets to store excess strap ends, are appreciated. The included weighted strap guides made feeding straps under the trailer simple. I would purchase this again without hesitation.
I once tried a cheaper, generic brand to save money. That was a mistake, as it did not fit and could not be returned. This is our second cover from Filluck, proving that sometimes paying more is worthwhile. This cover matches the specified size, appears to be high quality, and should safeguard the camper for a long time.
I previously owned this item. It eventually became worn from prolonged weather exposure, so we bought it again to replace the old one. It is an excellent product that fits our trailer perfectly.
Installing this cover on our 32 foot travel trailer was very straightforward. The quality looks impressive and it appears to dry quickly after rain. We were concerned the fit might be too tight, but there was still some room to adjust once on. The tightening straps at the front, back, and underneath are excellent for achieving a secure fit. We wrapped foam around the gutter spouts to prevent rubbing and used the included ladder cover. This was a far more economical option than covered storage, and we are interested to see how it withstands the Florida climate over time.
The cover is durable and the fit is excellent.
