You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

It is a strong grinder and serves its uses. The only issue is that the power switch can become loose, which causes the grinder to not turn off completely sometimes. An example would be either needing to hold the switch down for a couple of seconds to get it to turn off completely which is not a problem . But the problem lies in the fact that since the power switch is loose, the grinder can turn on automatically even when not in use, leading to the battery exhausting itself. I bought a protection plan with it. The protection plan only covers one replacement. I got a replacement, but after maybe three months, the same power switch issue happened. So I had to buy a completely new one. Crossing my fingers that the issue does not arise again.
It does what I want. With a diamond blade, I can sharpen my pruning saws and all blades. It also handles various sanding and grinding projects the way I want. It is portable, which is important.
I love it. I use it as a bead reamer, which is for making the holes in beads bigger. I love the fact it is cordless and that I am able to use it with one hand. It is SPBTAR; it is good quality in my book. I do have to charge it at least once a week, but that is because I feel it is not working at its best, plus I can be impatient too. Otherwise, it is a good tool to have, even if it is to make jewelry.
I use this for our dogs' nails. It works well, is pretty quiet, and has plenty of power.
I use this to trim my dogis nails. Dedicated dog grinders were not cutting it with her large, thick nails. This breezes right through in no time. It is quiet enough that she does not mind. I am still on the same tip after five grinding sessions. The battery has died on me twice now while using, but I cannot say if that is normal or not. It is easy enough to charge up and finish the next day, though.
